The 2025 Greenwich Concours d’Elegance weekend, sponsored by Hagerty, once again brought auto enthusiasts from across the country to the shores of Long Island Sound. This year’s Grand Marshal was Ralph Marano. He and the rest of the Hagerty team and Sponsors brought together an amazing assortment of some of the most coveted autos from years past kept in excellent condition by their owners as well as rare autos and motorcycles from collections which are brought to the Concours d’Elegance to be admired at this once a year event in Greenwich.

This year’s event added an extra day on Friday for those who chose to come early and start the party early with the addition of the Reverie. This brought some out to enjoy the Ride and Drive followed by a party at Sherwin Baldwin Park in Greenwich.

Saturday the event was met with a bit of rain and entry was pushed back a couple of hours for the safety of guest and entries. Even with the rain early in the day it didn’t stop the show. Autos and owners were sparkling in the sun by the afternoon.

The theme for Saturday is the Concours De Sport highlighting classic and newer model sport vehicles. Rob Ida was the featured restorer for the day, and he brought with him some amazing pieces from his shop in New Jersey. One of them was his .1950 Jaguar XK120 “The Black Cat.” A very unique car that the stated he did not drill new holes or modifications, and the bubble top single seater can be put back to a 2 seater rag top without any modifications and in an afternoon. The car turned many heads and had many discussions around it. Rob Ida was happy to share his skills and knowledge with those who inquired about his vehicles and his shop

The winners for different categories and classes were as follows: There are so many special vehicles it easier to view the complete listing in the link provided here from Hagerty. Each winner shows a photo of the vehicle, which award it received and the owner’s name.

And The Winners are : Event Winners, Class Winners, Specialty Winners and Peoples’ Choice Winner

The event concluded on Sunday with the announcing of the Winners of all classes and specialties and then an opportunity for the attendees to view and admire the winners and speak to the owners or their representatives.

Once again Hagerty brought to Greenwich, CT a weekend full of events, rare and unique automobiles and those who own them who are more than happy to talk about their vehicles and how they came about owning them, the back story on how they were found and restored to their fullest potential.

It was a packed full event again this year and we hope to see you again next year as auto and motorcycle enthusiasts gather at Sherwin Baldwin Park in Greenwich, Ct for one of the most anticipated events of the summer season.
