Peter Frampton Let’s Do It Again Tour
Mohegan Sun Arena
March 30, 2025

Peter Frampton and his band had the audience cheering and joining in on the singing as he returned to Mohegan Sun to an enthusiastic crowd. He and all of the band played the concert sitting down. He sat for this first full concert of their “Let’s Do It Again” tour. Not only did Frampton perform sitting the rest of the band did as well. The band sat as they played to show unity with Frampton and appreciation of the fact that he’s out there doing it and they’re making great music together.
It was a welcoming sight seeing Frampton back out on the stage doing what he loves and you could tell the audience was just as happy to have him back. He was smiling and really enjoying the night and all the audience participation.
One woman down toward the front of the stage held up a sign Frampton noticed that said 105. He asked her what the 105 meant and she told him this was her 105th time seeing him in concert. He was surprised, happy and said he would sign her poster for her. I’m sure it made her night as she was obviously a serious fan.

Rob Arthur on keyboard

Pat Ferguson on guitar

Alison Prestwood on bass

Dan Wojciechowski on drums.
A new song “Another Level,” which Frampton co-wrote with his son Julian, was introduced to the audience at this kick off to the tour concert. This song is to be on the newest album that has a planned release date in 2026 and will feature live songs from various concerts from this tour.

Frampton was deservedly inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in October 2024 and took his place among other great rockers who have also been acknowledged for their contributions to rock over the years.
Instead of leaving the stage and coming back on for the encore the band stayed as Frampton explained it was just easier and made more sense to stay put as started the encore with two of his Humble Pie songs “Four Day Creep” and “I Don’t Need No Doctor.” During these each bandmember had their time to shine with a solo.
Having seen him a few times now all I can really say is that Peter Frampton still has it. His voice and his guitar playing are strong as ever. This was one of the best concerts I’ve seen lately.

It’s a great thing to see Frampton back out touring again and if you get the chance to take in one of his concerts do it. Both his playing and singing are top notch and his concert is a fun event with many smiles from both the stage and audience. He was cheered and given a standing ovation at the conclusion of the concert.
